桐人为了调查枪与钢铁的VRMMO「Gun Gale Online」里所发生的“死枪”事件而登陆了该游戏。 桐人将自己在ALO里的游戏转移到GGO里后，虽然遇上了乍看之下很容易被误认为是美少女角色的麻烦，但在经过狙击手少女诗乃的引导之后，顺利参加了决定最强枪手的PvP淘汰赛“BoB”。 桐人在这个被枪支配的世界里，成为了唯一使用光剑战斗，并不断在“BoB”里获胜的知名角色。 他独特的战斗方式成为了玩家间讨论的焦点，知名度也不断上升。 次日，隔天举办的“BoB”正式大赛开始了。在聚集了许多强敌的“多人大混战”中，“死枪”终于现出身影。 “死枪”究竟是什么人？ “虚拟世界”真的能对“真实世界”产生影响吗？ 桐人即将独自挑战“死枪”！。武林在经历连番血战平静了三十年后，七十二路烽烟再起，掀起了又一轮征伐。其时有书生方红叶（刘兆铭 饰）撰写系列武林秘记《红叶手札》，专事披露武林秘史。某日，一家书店受托印制红叶手札，不想店长等人却招来杀身之祸，七十二路烽烟之十色旗主田风（黄树棠 饰）部下将杀害店长之凶手截杀。几日后，沈家堡堡主沈青（张国柱 饰）向田风求援，女侠青影子（米雪 饰）随田风等人赶至沈家堡，与先行受邀抵达的方红叶一同会见沈青。昔日兴旺的沈家堡已人去堡空，原来沈青幼年时，沈家受了杀人蝴蝶的诅咒，如今诅咒兑现，杀人蝴蝶潜入沈家堡各处行凶。田风等人出于江湖道义留下探究蝴蝶杀人之根由，却不知陷入了沈家堡与天雷堡的一场隐秘仇怨……。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
