大年二十九，大雪阻路，车主被困24小时。林月姐弟翻山送泡面，薄利售众并赠热水。同村刘翠红嫉妒造谣，迫其降价毁泡面。暴风雪猛，刘翠红期待的男友未至，众人悔悟。热心王老板知后送援，助姐弟及仗义者团圆。。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。
