A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.。宅再佳失踪，超人们找到了唯一有其失踪线索的一副斗兽棋，却在与反派的争夺中被打碎。八枚斗兽棋棋子由此幻化成八只棋兽散落在勇敢之城各处。为了救出宅再佳，超人们必须收回散落各处的棋兽、破解其中的秘密。而反派为了争夺棋兽，也不断从中作梗。正邪双方围绕棋兽展开了一场激烈的争夺……。一个长时间被非正常现象困扰，以为闹鬼的家伙在搬到新家后经常通过照相机拍摄他和他的女朋友之间的换了，以及一些恐怖事情.......。
