小老鼠伟福与家人自从上次移民美国，遭遇连串惊险有趣经历，总算吉鼠天相平安无恙。两年后伟福的姐姐16岁了，出落得漂亮可人，梦想当一名著名女歌手，而伟福则盼望往西部冒险，成为强悍的执法英雄。城内有一批胡作非为的猫K党，首领乌鸦猫策划「制造老鼠汉堡饱」阴谋，把众多老鼠诱至西部当大餐，而伟福也跌入圈套踏上西部之旅。途中伟福发现乌鸦猫诡计，被爪牙追杀，伟福失足跌下车流落茫茫沙漠中，另方面伟福的好友泰加与女友分手后也阴错阳差流浪至沙漠，两人相遇后到西部找威利警长商量拯救群鼠对策，警长决定将伟福与泰加训练成肥瘦双雄，像无法无天的猫K党挑战。。Katia Matuschak, 18, a Romanian ex-au pair is now adrift in London.
