电影讲述了一座普通的精神病院病人转院的过程中，其中为了躲避债务的“假患者”郝鑫在与医院众病人和黑心杨医生一起前往“疗养院”的路上，因为一系列啼笑皆非的偶然事件，在鸡飞狗跳的大巴车里众人早已陷入一场已经存在已久的“不法交易”，原来精神病院的杨医生通过送病人去“疗养院”的方法向黑砖窑老板雷子贩卖精神病人在黑砖窑做苦工。讨债的大表哥、精神病人、派出所小警员一行人阴差阳错的聚集在运送精神病人的大巴上，经过一桩桩爆笑的突发事件，众人最终使得不法头目雷子和黑心杨医生被绳之于法。。One evening in Mexico City Ana and Alejandro are held up at gunpoint by two men, Alejandro is murdered during the assault because he had only two hundred pesos on him.
