香港回归二十五年，故事围绕一个奋斗家庭作为社会缩影。警员叶国栋（陈山聪饰）被委任为七一回归庆典的升旗手，却于出场前弄伤手臂，未能履行升旗职务，恰巧太太孙卓岚（唐诗咏饰）在回归日诞下儿子家梁（朱敏瀚饰），弥补了内心遗憾。回归数年，香港经历高低起跌，零三年沙士来袭，卓岚诞下幼女嘉雯（刘颖镟饰），一家人迎难而上。时光飞逝，家梁长大后背包游时遇上暴乱，幸得国家在危难中守护。看到国旗飘扬，家梁立志成为警察，守护香港，更盼望能代父亲完成当年的升旗手心愿……。A man takes his daughter to spend Halloween in a notoriously haunted house with the hope of finding inspiration for a new writing project. He quickly realizes he is living in his own horror story.。Lazareth follows Lee (Ashley Judd), an aunt whose life mission is to protect her orphaned nieces, Imogen and Maeve, from a self-destructing world, raising them in isolation until an outsider threatens their peaceful existence.。
