When he gets into trouble with his supplier, his sister is kidnapped and he is forced to rely on both his sleight of hand and brilliant mind to save her。故事发生在北宋仁宗年间，开封府尹包拯包青天（梁冠华 饰）秉公执法，不畏强权豪梁，由此深受以庞太师为首的一干恶人的嫉恨。在追查黑虎寨期间，身处凶险之中的包大人为侠客展昭（严屹宽 饰）救下。回到京城后，展雄飞在皇帝面前展示了自己的一身绝学，最终被帝王赐号“御猫”，却由此惹出新的麻烦。话说在远离京师的陷空岛住着五位侠客，分别是钻天鼠卢方（何瑜 饰）、彻地鼠韩彰（王大奇 饰）、穿山鼠徐庆（谢宁 饰）、翻江鼠蒋平（王茂蕾 饰）以及锦毛鼠白玉堂（陈晓 饰），他们身怀绝技，合称“五鼠”。心高气傲的白玉堂恼恨展昭的御猫绰号，非要进京与之较量一番，由此引出了“五鼠闹东京”的传奇故事…… 本片根据古典名著《三侠五义》改编。。
