Everyone has left, except for one old man who refuses to leave. Herzog catches the eeriness of an abandoned city, with stop lights cycling over an empty intersection.。A traveling cellist gets involved with two disturbed sisters on their way to Seattle to tell their mom that their dad has just passed away.
